Add config for enabling HFP Connection Service. By default, devices which use HFP Client profile should use the built-in connection service. However, the service should be flexible enough to allow other implementations. Bug: 28068989 Change-Id: Ic1be5745541ccfbd838c5440e4cfc75620ae91c2
