Delay Connect Other Profile timeout. Some devices namely Volkswagen UHV reject DUT initiated connection when DUT tries to connect other auto-connectable profile 6s after peer connects the first one. To avoid such race condition, raised connect other profile timeout to 10s to make sure there is no connection rejection from remote because of connection collision.
