Adding receivers flags to DeskClock alarms. Adding receiver exported flags to AlarmActivity and AlarmService, these are unprotected broadcasts my understanding is that other applications could want to snooze alarms. Change-Id: Iba0c5529f9572d9b70df23a8e5c6454655ebfca8 Test: no-op Bug: 161145287
