Disable LayoutTransition.CHANGING It is not really useful and is distracting when a lot of information changes happen at once. Other animations (like fading in of elapsed call time) will still continue to work. Bug: 22274741 Change-Id: I303f776a6873dab3d07569a2518fda039d64becf
