Fix seekbar seek control missing on RTL mode There's a framework bug within the SeekBar to position a seek control with autoMirrored set to true incorrectly under RTL. Our seek control is symmetric so removing autoMirrored will bypass this Bug:25646200 Change-Id: I7dff756022ad560abd2d4e36490c704b29bc31fa
