Fix flicker when expanding call log items The fade duration + fade delay for action items was not syncing up with the total animation duration. This was causing the view's alpha to be changed mid-animation causing the flicker. Bug: 17261307 Change-Id: Ied69af83b956b4de837d21dde31ad657da0a9bbf
