Dialer: Screen does not light when ending call in screen standby Once screen is off it doesn't wakeup itself in active call, when MO/MT call is disconnected from the other end. Now screen wakeup is added when the MO/MTcall is disconnected. Change-Id: I0b7390370f19f667302a4df11b45efaa32be330b CRs-Fixed: 1051491
