Remove references to ViewNotificationService in Dialer ViewNotificationService ultimately uses a ContactLoader to send the view notification to the sync adapter. Since ContactLoader is already a part of ContactsCommon, we just need to create an instance of a ContactLoader in InCallUI to notify the sync adapter to download the high res photo.
