Layout improvements for RTL and font size. Fixed alignment. Fixed up padding. Made font use "sp" instead of "dp" so it scales correctly. Bug: 63989607 Bug: 63929269 Test: Build and view the goodness. Change-Id: Ia754246f5ca8af57261a55e745fabb9966f09759
