InCallUI: Get rid of CM_SETUP_WIZARD_COMPLETED We no longer need this custom setting. With the new wizard manager-based setup wizard, the original issue addressed by the setting is no longer present. Change-Id: I1ba64ba7da6034023db260c7519d00aa64182261
