Remove PagedView#isTouchPointInViewportWithBuffer() It's no longer necessary, and causes issues when trying to scroll a PagedView that only takes up the bottom half of the screen (e.g. RecentsView in split screen mode). Bug: 126606858 Change-Id: I117dfe9416cdeef1247d6e783390cf5c391e8254
