Fix a memory leak Currently we pass a callback from AbsSwipeUpHandler to TaskAnimationManager to render task view launch animation, exposing the launcher activity to the static TouchInteractionService, which causes the leak. To not only fix the leak, but consider a better place for this functionality semantically, RecentsView is a better home.
