Split FallbackActivityControllerHelper for Go This splits FallbackActivityControllerHelper for Go and non-Go depending on the underlying recents implementation. We also introduce a GoActivityControllerHelper implementation as a base class to share the stubbed methods for the Go ActivityControlHelper implementations.
