Null out RemoteTargetHandles as soon as finishing recents is requested * Instead of waiting for recents animation to be complete before we stop manipulating remote leashes, stop it as soon as RecentsView gets the request. Bug: 197232424 Change-Id: I7f3cb6d2fc389d502e57054f60f28e7967212194
