Include additional error log around widget removal As observed in b/248291728, widgets are disappeared after OTA update, this CL includes additional logging to reveal more information. Bug: 248291728 Test: manual Change-Id: I5cf968efc358c3315e5e6ecc4861d5bc888569f1
