Make sure to set Launcher restore pending as false after setting in RestoreDbTaskTest to not affect state of Launcher in tests. See tearDown method in RestoreDbTaskTest for fix. This reverts commit 2d86f3337a906256d9c4baa5ed15a808da175477.
