Ignoring alpha jumps in ArrowTipView and its children. I've seen an alpha jump in ArrowTipView|TextView:id/text, so disabling the whole view sub-tree. Bug: 292561338 Test: presubmit Flag: N/A Change-Id: I49e5d16d7c6e772bb848061087c56221b113d579
