Respect clip hint when aligning cropped thumbnails. With clipping off, alignment will show letterbox borders. With clipping we will respect the clip hints. Test: manual Bug: 177402412 Change-Id: Ie9d2c95636f23c4f64635ac6d55eb59306c30223
