Refactoring TAPL functions for OverviewTask This CL refactors some methods in OverviewTask to rely on OverviewSplitTask. It also changes the BaseOverview getTasks function to retrieve the parent task and support cases where only the bottomright_snapshot is available in the recent tasks.
