Move recents animation controller to shell Since recents animation controller is moved to shell, we no-longer package a RemoteTransition with the intent options. Bug: 269691848 Test: existing tests pass. This is mostly moving logic. Change-Id: I37df892fbc81e6af91173af9b7e6b80825311b0f
