[2/2] OmniGears: make screen off animation selection logical dont rely on overlay config_animateScreenLights anymore but explicitly allow setting type to fade or color for simplictly the default will be fade so devices might see a diff first time Change-Id: Idab6b9fc589aaaa0b02e7a231b7dc7e29c605b61
