[2/2] OmniGears: fixe changing doze settings thank you google for changing the DEVICE_IDLE_CONSTANTS from under the hood. So save our values in a different setting which is used before the system one if available Change-Id: Ib45116b05e64358773501f1f6778400cedfcfe79
