Add a visual cue when editing smartbar

PS2 - Fix build error/derp
PS3 - Remove now redundant toasts when entering/exiting edit mode
PS4 - Make edit indicator a lot less dull and more fiting to Android M
PS5 - Make edit indicator clickable to turn off edit mode
PS6 - Make edit indicator movable *
PS7 - Revert back to PS5, forget about this movable business

* Unless we go ahead and completely disable every element of the device while in edit mode,
we can't say the user will only focus on the navbar. If the user exits out and wants to go
into another screen, they can. That said, having the ability to move the indicator is useful
if the indicator is blocking a part of the screen.
