Disable ongoing statusbar ime switcher notification we can already set the default kb from keyboards settings or in the rom language/input settings thanks to this: ezio84/abc-n_packages_apps_Settings@fc9100b PS: the 2/2 part is in DUI to keep showing the ime switcher in the navbar if the user enables it. part 1 in vendor/nexus Change-Id: I70a3deca09c05f2ad2aa9090c2f38c375648ca1e
