SmartBar: Use backAlt IME hint to show arrows Don't use the "ime switcher" hint as this is only piped from framenwork when there is more than one input method installed. "backAlt" fires for all circumstances arrows are desired Change-Id: I752b5f7ab54fbcabe59d89273fd70177bd525df7
