SmartBar: Pixel button animation support [2/3]
Building upon the awesome work @USA-RedDragon did to bring
the community Pixel animation, we now bring this animation
to SmartBar. Because SmartBar is radically different from stock
navigation there are a few needed adaptions...
1) We apply the button animation to ALL BUTTONS in the layout ;D
2) We eliminate the "halo" drawable. Halo was designed to work
specifically with the Pixel style Home button drawable, thus
it is not appropriate where drawable combinations are infinite
3) Fixed opa layout position when more than 3 navbar buttons
4) Fix touch area when opa smartbar animation is enabled
5) Fix opa visibility when no animating
