Settings: Hardcode moduleProvider to com.google.android.modulemetadata. * We don't want the preference to show at all if partner modules aren't present, its useless to show since it will always match platform. * Privacy oriented users who haven't installed GMS also don't seem to like seeing "Google" mentioned in Settings.
