Fix unexpected Wi-Fi hotspot shutdown - Filter out unnecessary onSwitchChanged callbacks when the switch is disabled, which should not be triggered by user input. - Refine the state handling function to avoid unnecessary onSwitchChanged callback. - Refine the error handling of isHotspotPasswordValid function.
