Enable reverse tethering in BT settings screen. - Enable support for reverse tethering in BT settings. - Add string resource for "Auto connect" preference. - Remove unused imports and other minor cleanups. - Add isConnectable() and isAutoConnectable() methods to Profile enum type and remove isConnectableProfile() method.
