Battery temp: Use MCC to determine the scale type The whole tapping on the preference was cute but really not ideal. Most users are one or the other and is usually based on where the hell they're at. Using the MCC does just that. Change-Id: Id691ea7f2f251337c1f3fbe1347fe454d5b86a9a
