SnapdragonCamera: Do not reset exposure value Exposure value set by user is not being retained as it is being reset in the APP. Removed the reset functionality to fix the same. Change-Id: I0f5fe96dddd605515182d9827bf4d3e75e0c99f2 CRs-fixed: 720624
