SnapdragonCamera: Fix camera layout issue in RTL The layout of setting menu is not placed properly in RTL. To fix the problem, replace 'left/right' layout properties with 'start/end'. Change-Id: Ib8d03ffa40712f1845fe7ab148b1a6f35fcc1124 CRs-fixed: 949931
