SnapdragonCamera:Fix stats visualizer catch the IllegalArgumentException in case of HAL doesn't have needed vendor tags, and update the layout to fit the size of the bitmap in view. Change-Id: Ieab9d260e5a152eca7136d65724f96757f5f171d
