SnapdragonCamera: Fix a green line in BestPicture and Ubifocus When mStride > mWidth, use the whole yuv bytebuffer to save JPG. Add properties to control whether to print log. CRs-Fixed: 1101620 Change-Id: I18cd27de8be542fc9440be6071ee55149b598ac5
