SnapdragonCamera: Fix scene mode snapdragon app bugs when the scene is auto scene mode, keep the CONTROL_MODE as CONTROL_MODE_AUTO. But for Night scene mode, app needs to set the CONTROL_MODE as CONTROL_MODE_USE_SCENE_MODE, and set the CONTROL_SCENE_MODE as the mode.
