SnapdragonLauncher: add function for showing folder unread number in the cornor. Description: 1,add a new view to show the unread count in folder_icon.xml and add a callback method to update the unread number of folder when accept the launcher unread broadcast. 2,load and init each of icon's unread info in order to setting up the folder's unread view when boot up.
