SnapdragonLauncher: Launcher3 & Flat Launcher FC when split screen Description: Launcher3 and Flat Launcher appear in recent tasks when switch to each other. Launcher apps should not appear in recent tasks and need to be hidden. Update the way that start the default home、Don't kill background launcher process and modify dialog activities’ configuration.
