Music: Fix ANR cause by a lot of PendingIntents. Tap next several times on notification bar to produce a lot of PendingIntents. To reduce PendingIntents that allow the system to handle promptly. Change-Id: Ie728c9fd2e7af32ac9bcde3d494b80074cd2eb2e CRs-Fixed: 981505
