Clear up ALWAYS_REPORTED_SIGNAL_STRENGTH_CHANGED in BT pkg The feature "alwasy report signal strength" has been obsoleted and in clearing up. Client should switch to new public API TelephonyManager#setSignalStrengthUpdateRequest.
