Added permission GET_ANY_PROVIDER_TYPE to IntentResolver package - calls to provider#getType will be restricted by readPermission. - IntentResolver is a special case. So allowing it to access all types. Test: build Bug: b/270960442 Change-Id: I85b2addf20bce1a5b15d80f5885ef6bdabb1dd7c
