Add RA Flags Extension option to match sections Currently, only Thread RAs use this option. However, it might still be useful to match the entire section. Additionally, it might actually improve the generated bytecode due to match section coalescing. Test: TH Change-Id: I000010ce8e01ab3f1659f92d7fca521bacc3a568
