Remove FILS AKM changes from validateKeyMgmt()
validateKeyMgmt() is called only for validating persistent
key management schemes, ie configuration saved in wifi config
file. Currently persistent authentication key management shemes
are added based on the security type.
FILS AKMs are added in temporary wifi config object while connecting
to the AP. So no need to validate FILS AKM in validateKeyMgmt().
