Report the bandwidth from adjacent signal level Report the bandwidth from adjacent signal levels if there is no sufficient data usage with current signal level. In addition, sometimes radio on time is under-reported. Raise the minimum radio on time from 10ms to 200ms because all valid samples in manual tests have radio on time above 200ms.
