Add support for Wi-Fi channels 169 & 173 Add channel 169 & 173 to a utility method. Note: this is a utility method to translate frequency values to channels. It does not (and never did) perform any regulatory compliance (i.e. it does not check whether the specified channel is allowed in any particular regulatory domain).
