wifi: handle the exception thrown from getAuthType() If keymgmt is invalid, getAuthType() will throw InvalidStateException and wifi service shall handle it to aovid crashing the system server. Bug: 190803491 Test: atest FrameworksWifiTests Change-Id: I7efee0042c141559c85470cd3dbcf34388abf655
