WifiServiceImpl: Return WifiInfo for secondary CMM if necessary To provide backwards compatibilty in the deprecated WifiManager.getConnectionInfo() API surface, if an app triggered the creation of a secondary STA return that STA info to the same app via this API (all other apps get the primary STA info).
