Revert "Trigger self recovery on handling RemoteException" This reverts commit d4f96bd07f59bbb70eea3fcd6d0f457ca6bb1c85. Also, removes clearState() invocation on remote exception. If this is a fatal crash of the HAL, the death listener will trigger the recovery. Reason for revert: b/160292229 Bug: b/160292229 Test: Verified by reported OEM.
