wifi: Check isApInfoCallback support when setup iface in wificond Wificond is used for old HAL. It doesn't need when AP info callback support from hostapd. Bug: 162686273 Test: Manual Test and Bridged AP enabled succeed. It can get two SoftapInfo. Test: atest -c FrameworksWifiTests Change-Id: Ia664aa991d99d389636d3b915758dc6fac5ab905
