wifi-service: Use the new service.net-module-wifi static lib This avoids having to link against service.net which is compiled against platform. The new library is compiled against system_current. Bug: 145825329 Test: Device boots up & connects to wifi networks. Change-Id: I11584d3bc87b20f1861bf1a3c3da30b45a250535
