Set security type to PSK for FT/PSK AKM
On receiving the NETWORK_CONNECTION_EVENT from
supplicant, map the received FT/PSK AKM to WPA2 PSK
security type. The received FT/PSK AKM is the actual
AKM negotiated during association. And by doing this,
the security type for FT/PSK connection will be shown
as secured WPA2 connection in network details page.

Test: atest WifiConfigurationTest
Test: Connect to FT/PSK configured AP and verified from network
detail page that the security type is showed as WPA2 personal.
